Testosterone and performance-enhancing substances have never been easier to access than they are right now. A generation ago, getting them meant knowing a bodybuilder, driving to a specific gym, or navigating a black-market contact who might sell you something dangerous or fake. Today, it can arrive by mail from an online clinic with a five-minute questionnaire, or from a stranger's DM.

Easier access hasn't come with more education. If anything, the opposite — the more available something becomes, the more it gets normalized by word of mouth instead of understood through actual knowledge.

What we will do

Explain the real biology, in plain language. Cover what the actual research shows, separated from gym-culture folklore and marketing. Give you the tools to read your own bloodwork and ask a doctor the right questions.

What we won't do

Tell you what to decide. Scare you away from a conversation worth having. Sell you a shortcut. Pretend a complicated topic is simple in either direction.

Not to tell you what to decide. To make sure that whatever you decide, you're deciding with the full picture in front of you.
